The slim and lightweight Polar RC3 GPS listens to your body and tracks your speed, distance, altitude and route in one complete package. With integrated GPS and unique Polar Smart Coaching features, you can analyze every run to guide your training to the next level. Product box includes: RC3 GPS training computer, Getting Started Guide, H3 heart rate sensor and USB cable. Getting started with a Polar heart rate monitor is easy. First, make sure you thoroughly wet the electrodes on back of the strap with water and snap the transmitter into place. Then place the strap on your chest prior to starting the watch. Tip: it is best to stand away from others when starting the watch. When you are finished with your workout detach transmitter, rinse the strap with water and hang dry.

i bougth a RC3 GPS .Very low quality of the product i just red my heart rate once , after that the monItor didn't see the transmitter anymore nobody give you any kind of support. solution , i asSume i will have to buy another transmitter , i do not recommend this Brand to anybody.
