Watch works great, Complainers don't understand mathematics...

I have been using this watch for about 2 months now. It tracks distance accurately (only about .1 mile difference between it and my Garmin Vista HCx at 10 miles). The part everyone seems to misunderstand is how it calculates average pace and speed. It updates real time pace data by averaging the last few points it tracked so if you changed speed (intervals) it will take a second to update. In addition, there are many people who are complaining that the average pace is off because it doesn't match up with what they calculate. The watch displays its final average pace in MM:SS not MM.00. In order to calculate your average pace you have to remember that when you divide your total time by the number of miles run, you have to convert the decimal to seconds by multiplying it by 60. If you do this then the watch is usually off by less than 3 seconds (it averages what it tracks, not by math at the end).The watch doesn't have a ton of features, but to track distance, speed, lap times, etc. it works great.
